Biography

Cody Leventhal’s practice is focused on toxic tort, mass tort, habitability, complex business litigation, product liability, catastrophic injuries, mold and public entity matters. Cody graduated from University of California Davis School of Law where he served as a Member of the Business Law Journal and Co-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Prior to law school, Cody graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law.  He also studied abroad in London, England.
