Biography

Hae Won Ko is Senior Counsel at Everett Dorey. Hae Won practice focuses on complicated coverage issues, as well as civil litigation of third-party insurance defense matters. She also handles a complete range of insurance coverage matters arising out of personal, commercial, and specialty lines and has also litigated in the areas of co-carriers’ coverage contribution actions. Hae Won's experience also includes the defense of various entities, including general contractors and governmental agencies in personal injury cases involving catastrophic automobile accidents, construction zone liability, and/or premises liability actions. Hae Won has also co-authored multiple appellate briefs that have been reported and published.

Hae Won graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was on the Dean’s Honor list and was awarded The Mabel Wilson Richards Scholarship and the LLS Jesuit Community Scholarship. Hae Won obtained her undergraduate degree from University of California Berkeley, with a double major in Mass Communications and Sociology.

Hae Won is fluent in Korean.
