Biography

Jeremy E. Beal is a partner at Everett Dorey.  Jeremy specializes in first-party and third-party insurance coverage matters, complex insurance litigation, and property damage litigation. Jeremy is a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He obtained his undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. 

Jeremy provides counsel to insurers nationwide. He is admitted in and actively litigates in state and federal courts in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. He has extensive experience representing general contractors and insurers of general contractors in all manner of litigation and insurance coverage related matters.

Jeremy also represents a wide range of businesses, providing counsel on contractual issues, formation, and litigation on public and private works projects. He represents several Fortune 500 companies, including Aggregate Industries, Holcim, and Newmont Mining Company. Jeremy has been recognized as a Super Lawyer.

Jeremy is a frequent presenter on complex litigation and insurance issues, with an emphasis on Additional Insured and Contractual Indemnity risk transfer.
