Biography

Nickolas is an accomplished attorney at Everett Dorey, where he specializes in both litigation and transactional matters. His areas of focus encompass business law, complex general liability, risk management, and corporate entity representation. Prior to his tenure at Everett Dorey, Nickolas served as corporate counsel, where he provided legal representation for national corporations by implementing compliance programs and offering strategic legal guidance.

Nickolas earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Akron School of Law. During his time in law school, he was actively involved in various organizations, including the Akron Law Trial Team, the University Hearing Board, Cleveland Legal Aid, and the Akron Bar Association. Additionally, he contributed as a student case worker with the Akron Reentry Clinic, where he assisted local community members with petitioning for clemency and expunging criminal records. Before pursuing his legal studies, Nickolas obtained his undergraduate degree from The University of Akron, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Criminal Justice/Police Studies.
