Biography
Rachel Baker is a Senior Associate at Everett Dorey where she specializes in general liability and business law matters. Rachel is a registered patent attorney licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Rachel graduated cum laude from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. During her time there, Rachel was Senior Symposium Editor for the Chapman Law Review and served as President and Treasurer of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Rachel was also an Academic Fellow for Civil Procedure and Legal Research and Writing. Before law school, Rachel graduated cum laude from University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, specializing in Transportation.
